Another Teen Night set at library Dec. 18

The Clay County Public Library Teen Night will be Friday, December 18, 2009.  All teens are invited to come and bring a dish to pass. 

 

There are many new books in the library this week.  New adult fiction includes “Divine Misdemeanors” by Laurell K. Hamilton, “A Tendering in the Storm” by Jane Kirkpatrick, “Shades of Blue” by Karen Kingsbury, “The Disciple” by Stephen Coonts, “Shadows at the Spring Show” by Lea Wait, “Sign of the Hawk” by Max Brand, “Long Ride to Nowhere” by William A. Luckey, “On Blue Falls Pond” by Susan Crandall, “U is for Undertow” by Sue Grafton, “Stand Proud” by Elmer Kelton, “Last Days of a Toyshop” by Annabel Johnson, “WWW:  Wake” by Robert J. Sawyer, “Trial by Fire” by J. A. Jance, “Flood” by Stephen Baxter, and “The Forever War” by Joe Haldeman.

 

New nonfiction titles include “Highest Duty:  My Search for What Really Matters” by Captain Chelsley “Sully” Sullenberger, “Not War But Murder:  Cold Harbor 1864” by Ernest B. Furgurson, “Indianapolis Colts 2009 Official Team Yearbook”, and “Warren Buffett’s Management Secrets” by Mary Buffett and David Clark.
