Coconut Cake

1 box white cake mix

1 can Eagle Brand milk

one (9 oz.) container Cool Whip

one (8 1/2 oz.) can cream of coconut

one (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut, thawed

Mix cake and bake according to pkg. directions in 9 x 13 pan. While cake is still hot, prick with fork. Pour Eagle brand milk over cake, let cool.

Mix Cool Whip and cream of coconut. Spread over cake and sprinkle with coconut.

Cover cake and place in refrigerator.

Sour Cream Pound Cake

1 box Butter Recipe Golden Cake mix (Duncan Hines)

one (8 oz.) carton sour cream

2/3 cup vegetable oil

1/3 cup sugar

4 eggs

Combine ingredients and beat with mixer until smooth. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
