Layered Strawberry Salad

2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello

2 cups boiling water

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries

1 large can crushed pineapple with juice

4 large bananas, sliced

2 cups sour cream

Add boiling water to Jello. Add frozen strawberries, pineapple and juice, then sliced bananas . Divide mixture in half. Place half in 8 x 12 pan. Congeal. Spread sour cream over congealed half. Pour in the remaining Jello mixture and refrigerate until solid. Serve in squares.


Orange-Pineapple Salad

2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello

1 small can frozen orange juice

1 can mandarin oranges

1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

Dissolve Jello with 1 3/4 cups boiling water. When dissolved, add orange juice, mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple-Refrigerate.
