Japanese Fruit Pie

2 eggs

1 stick margarine, softened

1 cup sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup pecans

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup coconut


Mix all ingredients together, pour into unbaked pie shell.


Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.


(Two tablespoons flour may be substituted for 1 tablespoon cornstarch.)

Peanut Butter Pie

one (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)

1/2 lb. powdered sugar

one large container Cool Whip

1 cup crunchy peanut butter

2 graham cracker crusts


Blend first four ingredients together. Pour into pie crusts and refrigerate.


(Makes 2 pies)
