City of Celina

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Celina Board of Mayor and Aldermen

on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at 5 p.m. at Celina City Hall. All interested citizens are invited to

attend this public hearing to present comments concerning the adoption of a zoning ordinance as part

of its municipal code by the Town of Celina. Said zoning ordinance, consisting of a text and map,

was prepared and certified by the Celina Municipal Planning Commission of October 11, 2010. Copies

of the proposed zoning ordinance and map are available for review and inspection at Celina City

In RE: The Estate of Harold Dillehay , DECEASED. Case #: A-2010-14 Notice to Creditors Notice is hereby given

that on the 19th day of November 2010 , Letters of Administration in respect of the estate of Harold

Dillehay who died on , November 10, 2010, were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of

Clay County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-residents having claims, matured or unmatured,

against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above court at the Clay
