2009 Clay County Rescue Squad officers are chosen
THERE WHEN YOU NEED THEM-Members of the Clay County Rescue Squad, an all-volunteer service to the community, recently elected their 2009 officers. They include (l-r) Treasurer David Threet, 2nd Lt. Chris Langley, 1st Lt. Brad Stafford, Captain Butch Burnette, 1st Sgt. John Spears, 2nd Sgt. Jamie Key, and Secretary Tabitha Stafford. Officers not pictured include Unit Director Josh Daniels and Chaplain Ken Miller. The squad is made up of over 30 dedicated members and offers assistance on demand to the entire county, including wreck response, water rescue, search operations, and other emergency services.
