RIBBON CUTTING-A ribbon cutting was held recently by the Clay County Partnership Chamber of Commerce for the grand opening of the Shabby Rose Market, which recently opened at 111 West Lake Avenue near the courthouse square offering a wide array of gifts, clothing, and more from various vendors in conjunction with the Shabby Rose Boutique.
