In obedience to the Order of the Chancery Court of Clay County, Tennessee, made on the 26th day of July, 2024, opening the bidding of the property located on Pleasant Hill Road, Allons, Clay County, Tennessee, I will sell, along with Amonett Eagle Auction, on August 9, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the front door of the Clay County Government Complex, 145 Cordell Hull Drive, Celina, Clay County, Tennessee, this land, which bidding has been raised, to the highest and best bidder, with 15% being paid on day of sale.
