Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of February, 2025,
Letters of Administration in respect of the estate of Charles Robert
Lowe, who died on April 28, 2024, were issued to the undersigned
by the Chancery Court of Clay County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims matured
or unmatured against the Estate are required to file same with the
Clerk of the above named court on or before the earlier of the dates
prescribed in (1) or (2), otherwise their claims will be forever
barred.

In obedience to a decree of the Chancery Court of Clay County , T ennessee,
entered on the 21st day of October, 2024, by the Honorable Ronald Thurman,
Chancellor, in the above styled case, this sale will conducted as an Online

ELECTION NOTICE
Municipal Election
The City of Celina Election will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 within the city of Celina
Offices on the ballot include: Mayor and Aldermen and shall have lived within the city limits thereof for a period of (12) twelve consecutive months previous to being eligible to run for such offices, and shall be qualified voters in the city. Petitions are available starting January 17th, 2025. Qualifying deadline is March 20, 2025 @ NOON, 12:00 pm.
Currently, the number of aldermen to be elected is 3. However, if a proposed charter amendment is adopted by the General Assembly and ratified by the Board of Alderman for the Town of Celina, the number of aldermen to be elected will change to 5.
The Clay County Election Office is located at 145 Cordell Hull Drive, Celina, TN. Office hours are 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Phone #: 931-243-2536.
State Law requires a Photo I.D. issued by the State of Tennessee Government or the United States Government to vote in elections in 2025.
Absentee ballot requests will start March 5, 2025. The last day to register to vote is May 5, 2025.
