CCHS students travel to FBLA Nationals

CALIFORNIA CONFERENCE-Clay County High School was well-represented last week at the Future Business Leaders of America National Leadership Conference in Anaheim, California, as recent graduates Ella Cummins (left) and Erin Meadows (right) joined advisor Amy Dodson (center) at the competition held at the Anaheim Convention Center. The local students competed in leadership events, shared their successes, and learned new ideas about shaping their career future through workshops and exhibits. “Their hard work and commitment are truly inspiring,” Dodson said of the students. “What an incredible experience! Congratulations to Erin and Ella!” The FBLA club also thanked business partner sponsors Tri-County Electric and Birdwell Heating & Cooling for making the trip possible.
