RIBBON CUTTING-A ribbon cutting was held recently by the Clay County Partnership Chamber of Commerce for the grand opening of the new Twin Lakes office in Celina, which is located at 148 East Lake Avenue. “This building is more than a structure, it’s a symbol of our unwavering commitment to better serve and support the needs of our members and the Celina community,” Twin Lakes officials said of the new location. They also extended the community an open invitation to come tour the new facility.
