DEDICATION RECOGNIZED-State Representative Kelly Keisling recently recognized the hard work and dedication of two local EMS providers. Keisling presented both Haley Coons and Hailey Mullins with a certificate of appreciation and a Tennessee Blue Book. Coons was honored for being named the 2025 EMS Provider of the Year and Mullins for earning her A-EMT licensure.
