Winter Wonderland
Clay County residents woke up to between four and six inches of snow early last Saturday morning–with some areas reporting more. The winter storm registered as the largest snow event the county has seen since the early months of 2003. Roads, including main highways, were blanketed this past weekend, making travel treacherous across the county. With students out of school, many made the most out of their days off enjoying sledding, building snowmen, and other frigid fun.
