2010 Homecoming Days tentative schedule is set
CELINA-The annual Homecoming Days celebration is just around the corner, with a variety of events scheduled to run July 29-31.
A tentative schedule very similar to last year’s has been announced, with a thumbnail sketch of each day’s events listed below. Specific times for each event will be announced soon.
Crafts and food will be available each day on the square, with live music each night.

Thursday, July 29
• Crafts on the square,
• Entries for quilt show,
• Cattlemen’s Association ribeye cookout and food booths on the square,
• Bell ringing at the Clay County Museum,
• Dunking booth,
• Hillbilly Lawn Mower Parade,
• Merchandise, calk walk on the square, and
• Live music on the square.
Friday, July 30
• Crafts on the square,
• Entries for quilt show,
• Cattlemen’s Association ribeye cookout and food booths on the square,
• Dunking booth,
• Auction,
• Marble tournament,
• Cow patty contest on the square, and
• Live music on the square.
Saturday, July 31
• Health fair at Cumberland River Hospital,
• Craft markets on the square,
• Car show,
• Antique tractor show and parade,
• Quilt and handicraft show on the square,
• Local book authors signing on the square,
• Cattlemen’s Association ribeye cookout and food booths on the square,
• Dunking booth,
• Corn hole contest,
• Mighty duck race, and
• Live music on the square.
