HERMITAGE SPRINGS-The Dairy Burger, a successful, long-standing business in this community, has new owners.

Justin and Paige Delk recently purchased the Dairy Burger from longtime owner Dale Franklin, and say they plan to carry on the popular restaurant’s heritage.

“The Dairy Burger has supplied area residents with good food and good service for a long time, and we plan on doing the same,” said Paige, who will manage the business. Paige worked for Franklin for a while, learning the in’s and out’s of the business and its customers.

The Dairy Burger opened in the mid-1970’s, and has had several owners, with Franklin being the latest before the Delks.  Franklin bought the business in 1998.

The Delks opened for business on January 1 and will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.  “We’ll offer the food our customers have become used to down through the years, and we’ll also offer daily specials.  Justin and I invite everyone to come out and see us.”
