IMPRESSIVE RUN-The Clay County Cross Country team coached by Jermaine McElvain had a good meet at York Institute last week and is set to run in the Region Meet this week.  In Jamestown, the girls team placed second overall, and was paced by Chloe Peck (13th) and Mia Ledbetter (16th), who both placed.  Boys runner Ethan Barnes (16th) also placed and finished 13th earlier this month at the Crossville Invitational.  Like Peck and Ledbetter did at York, Bulldog runners Isabella Cain, Hydi Owens, Clara Cain, Lakin Raines, Exavier Allen, and Jacob Webb have also set new personal records in recent competition.
