Cedar Hill Restaurant recently re-opened here just outside of Celina under new management by Adan Caratachea with a new and improved menu and the dining area has been renovated with expanded seating capacity.

A ribbon cutting ceremony was conducted last week with Caratachea, family members, and employees, as well as Clay County Mayor Dale Reagan and Clay County Chamber Director Ray Norris on hand.

The restaurant is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Caratachea invites all to come and dine overlooking beautiful Dale Hollow Lake.
