ATLANTA, GA-Celina Health and Rehabilitation Center (CHRC) administrator Paula Boone and CHRC director of nursing Kim Walden recently made the trip to Grace Healthcare’s annual awards gala held here and they were fortunate to bring home their parent company’s highest honor–2010 Facility of the Year.

“Our staff is honored to receive such recognition as ‘2010 Facility of the Year,'” Boone said.  “The hard work and dedication that each of or employees display daily is evident through this award.

“We have worked hard over the last couple years to transform the facility into a state of art rehabilitation center that our community should be proud to call our own.”

CHRC was named the top facility out of a total of 37 operated by Grace in 10 states across the country.

Criteria considered for the award included quality of care initiatives, resident and employee satisfaction survey performance, and financial and operational administrative performance.
