Funeral Services for Charles William Maxwell, 66 of Celina were held Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at Upton Funeral Home with James McDonald officiating. Burial was in Thompson-Webb Cemetery.  Charles William Maxwell passed away Monday, November 22, 2010 at the Cumberland River Hospital in Celina. Charles William Maxwell was born December 23, 1943 in Clay County, Tennessee to the late James and Clara (Kerr) Maxwell.

Charles was the retired from Osh Kosh B’Gosh and was affiliated with the Church of Christ.

His family includes wife, Teresa Adams Maxwell of Celina; sons and daughters-in-law, James William and Vickie Maxwell, Wallace and Maurene Maxwell and Charles Dwayne and Janett Maxwell all of Celina; daughters and son-in-law, Vickie Ann McLerran of Hilham and Patricia Lynn and Terry Spears of Celina; Sister, Shelia Cummins of Celina, Gail Cummins of Celina, Doris Wood of Indianapolis, Indiana, Bonnie Estes of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee and Minnie Sysco of Lebanon, Tennessee; mother-in-law, Lena Bell Jennings of Celina; 7 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren and 3 step great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughter, Shanna Danielle Maxwell; brother, James Wallace Maxwell; sisters, Anna Floyd Atchley and Vickie Lane Maxwell.

Serving as pallbearers were Gary Thompson, Jamie Thompson, Michael Thompson, Brian Thompson, Jonathan Donahue and Eddie Jennings
