CELINA-The City of Celina announced Monday their designation of Thursday, October 31 as the official day to celebrate Halloween here and Mayor Willie P. Kerr and Chief of Police Terry Scott remind everyone to use safe and respectful methods while celebrating.
The past practice of “egging” is prohibited and any/all state laws will be enforced, including but not limited to, property damage and curfew rules and regulations (see www.tn.gov for more info).
Parents of minors are further reminded that should conflict arise, you will be held accountable for minor children’s conduct, actions and consequences. Chief Scott also cautions everyone to prevent any fire mishaps.
