Clay County student wins Titans event, will attend Chargers game in December
Clay County’s own Ali Smith has been announced as the winner of the Farm Bureau Insurance sponsored “Tennessee Titans Kids Captain” contest for the Upper Cumberland Region of Tennessee.
According to Hugh Davenport, agency manager for Clay County Farm Bureau, Ali was drawn as the Clay County winner at the Clay County Farm Bureau annual meeting on September 19th, and as the Regional winner on October 5th from a drawing held in Smith County.
Farm Bureau Insurance is sponsoring ten of these Titans Kids Captains across the state of Tennessee–one from each insurance region of the state for each home game the Titans play during the season.
Each of the county winners will receive a Titans-related consolation prize, but Ali will receive four tickets for her and her family to attend the December 25th game against the Chargers. She will also be given a Titans’ jersey and other Titans’ prizes along with the opportunity to walk out on the field with the Titans at the coin toss to begin the game.
Ali is the daughter of Chris and Mandy Smith of Moss, and they are all looking forward to the big day with the Tennessee Titans.
