CELINA-Volunteers for the Clay County Chamber of Commerce and Three-Star Program representing the state of Tennessee, Clay County, City of Celina, Tennessee Tech, and local personalities were honored recently at a dinner function in the Clay County High School cafeteria here.

Following the official program State Representative Kelly Keisling informally discussed his role in the video documentary being created by students in Amy Dodson’s media class in collaboration with the Clay County Chamber of Commerce and Three-Star. The production is a “made-for-TV” movie commemorating Dr. Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream” speech, delivered 50 years ago and will be aired on Celina Cable channel 10.
