NOTICE TO CREDITORS Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of November, 2010, Letters
of Administration in respect of the estate of Flossie Avo Thompson, who died on February 12, 2009,
were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Clay County, Tennessee. All persons resident
and non-residents having claims matured or unrnatured against the Estate are required to file same
with the Clerk of the above court at the Clay County Courthouse, 100 Courthouse Square, P.O. Box
332, Celina, Tennessee, within the earlier of four (4) months of this notice or (12) months from the

INITIAL RESOLUTION PUBLICATION
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Ceina, Tennessee, met in Special session on November 16, 2010. The following resolution was adopted:
INITIAL RESOLUTION authorizing the issuance of a $180,000 General Obligation Bond of the City of Celina, Tennessee.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Celina, Tennessee that for the purpose of financing in part the construction of essential public works or facilities, consisting of sewer system improvements and extensions, there shall be issued a bond of said municipality in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $180,000, which shall bear interest at a rate not to exceed four percent (4.0%) per annum, and which shall be payable from ad valorem taxes to be levied on all taxable property within the municipality.
NOTICE
The foregoing resolution has been adopted. Unless within twenty (20) days from the date of publication hereof a petition signed by at least ten percent (10%) of the registered voters of the municipality shall have been filed with the Recorder protesting the issuance of the bond, such bond will be issued as proposed.

INITIAL RESOLUTION PUBLICATION
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Ceina, Tennessee, met in Special session on November 16, 2010. The following resolution was adopted:
INITIAL RESOLUTION authorizing the issuance of a $110,000 Water and Sewer Revenue and Tax Bond, Series 2010 of the City of Celina, Tennessee.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Celina, Tennessee that for the purpose of financing in part the construction of essential public works or facilities, consisting of water and sewer system improvements and extensions, there shall be issued a bond of said municipality in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $110,000, which shall bear interest at a rate not to exceed three and one-quarter percent (3.25%) per annum, and which shall be payable from revenues of the water and sewer system, subject to prior lien bonds, and, in the event such revenues are insufficient therefor, from ad valorem taxes to be levied on all taxable property within the municipality.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Celina, Tennessee that the Recorder be, and he is, hereby directed and instructed to cause the foregoing initial resolution relative to the issuance of a $110,000 Water and Sewer Revenue and Tax Bond, Series 2010 to be published in full in the Dale Hollow Horizon, a newspaper having a general circulation in the City of Celina, Tennessee, for one issue of said paper followed by the statutory notice, to-wit:
