NOTICE TO CREDITORS Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of November, 2010, Letters

of Administration in respect of the estate of Flossie Avo Thompson, who died on February 12, 2009,

were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Clay County, Tennessee. All persons resident

and non-residents having claims matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file same

with the Clerk of the above court at the Clay County Courthouse, 100 Courthouse Square, P.O. Box

332, Celina, Tennessee, within the earlier of four (4) months of this notice or (12) months from the

decedent’s death, otherwise their claims will be forever barred. This 24th day of November, 20 10.
