Dr. Mauricio announces his plans to retire

CELINA-After nearly 30 years of service to the hospital and community here, Dr. Roberto Mauricio has announced his retirement effective July 31, 2010.
Dr. Mauricio would like to express his extreme gratitude to all his patients and the community for putting their continued trust in him.
“I’m sorry that I have to retire, but I have given it a lot of thought and believe it’s time for me to move on to a new chapter in my life,” Mauricio said. “I want to express gratitude to Cumberland River Hospital for supporting me all these years and thank the staff, nurses, ward clerks, and everyone here at the hospital.
“You have all been like family to me, and this has always been like home to me.”
Dr. Mauricio would also like to express gratitude to the medical staff for being so cooperative and understanding during this time.
