Chicken broccoli casserole
3 cups cooked chicken breasts, cut up
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup cracker crumbs
Drain cooked broccoli spears and place in buttered 3 qt. casserole dish; cover with cooked chicken. Mix the next four ingredients well and pour over chicken. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

Buffet asparagus casserole
1 can asparagus, drained
1 can green peas, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup grated Velveeta cheese
1 cup buttered bread crumbs
Arrange asparagus in large casserole dish. Top with peas. Spoon mushroom soup over peas. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with bread crumbs.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
