Pecan chicken salad
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
3/4 cup toasted chopped pecans
salt and pepper
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir in chicken, grapes and pecans. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Hot spiced tea
2 family sized tea bags
15 whole cloves
5 cinnamon sticks
2 cups water
one (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
2 cups sugar
2 cups boiling water
one large can pineapple juice
Simmer tea bags, cloves, cinnamon sticks and 2 cups water for 15 minutes. Dissolve Jello, sugar and 2 cups boiling water. Remove tea bags and spices from tea mixture. Combine tea mixture, Jello mixture, and pineapple juice in a gallon jar.
Finish filling with water. Heat to serve.
