JOB VACANCY

The Clay County Board of Education is accepting resumes for the position of Director of Schools. Resumes no longer than three pages will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. February 24, 2012. Mr. Donnie Cherry, Director of Clay County Schools, will be retiring June 30, 2012.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
A professional educator’s license
A master’s degree in education with preference for a doctorate degree
At least 3 years of experience in school administration

Salary Range:
Approximately $65,000 – $80,000 depending on degree and years of experience. The salary will be negotiated.

The Clay County E911 Board will be assigning a road name to the following location:

W. Lake Ave, Right on Brown St, Right on Gainesboro Hwy( Hwy 53 S), left on Baptist Ridge Rd, right on unnamed road at 5938 Baptist Ridge Rd.

Any interested resident and/or property owner will need to submit a request, at the E911 Board Meeting, Monday, February 20, 2012 at 6:30 pm at the Clay County Board of Education Boardroom (Old Celina High School).
