The Celina Clay County Joint Industrial Development Board is accepting bids for the lease of approximately 60 acres of pasture/hay land located in the Clay County Industrial Park behind Dura Plastics, Inc. on Hwy. 53 South. The ID Board will be accepting bids on the property now through Feb. 16th, 2011. Term of lease is for one year, 01 Mar 2011 – 29 Feb 2012. Proof of liability insurance must be provided before the lease is signed.
