Ham and Noodle Casserole
3/4 cup milk
one (8 oz.) pkg. Velvetta cheese, cubed
2 to 2 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
3 cups cooked noodles
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
Combine milk and cheese in a saucepan; place over low heat until cheeses melts. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into lightly greased 2-qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings

Hot Chicken Salad
4 to 5 chicken breasts, cooked and coarsley chopped
5 hard boiled eggs, diced coarsley
2 cups diced celery
1/2 cup pecan pieces
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cans mushroom soup
Dash Worcestershire sauce
30 crackers, crushed
Put 2/3 of crackers crumbs in bottom of casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients, pour on top of crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
