Buffet Asparagus Casserole
1 can asparagus, drained
1 can green peas, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup grated Velveeta cheese
1 cup buttered bread crumbs
Arrange asparagus in large casserole dish. Top with peas. Spoon mushroom soup over peas. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Potato Soup
2 lb. bag Hash Brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
one (14 1/2 oz.) can of chicken broth
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups milk
2 cups water
Cook potatoes, onions in water until tender. Add soups, broth and milk. You may garnish soup with chopped ham, bacon bits or cheese.
Serve with cornbread.
