Vacation Bible School at Celina Church of Christ will be Sunday, June 21 through Wednesday, June 24.
“Lessons from the Great Parables” will be the theme and there will be classes for all ages, Sunday 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
Everyone is cordially invited.

These recipes are from Clay County’s Red Hat Ladies’ Cookbook.
Pudding ‘n Pie
1/2 cup sugar
butter the size of an egg
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup self-rising flour
1 cup berries or sliced peaches
1 cup sugar
butter
1 cup boiling water or fruit juice
Mix first four ingredients in 8 x 8 baking pan. Cover with fruit, sugar, dot with butter. Pour on 1 cup boiling water or fruit juice.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Corn Casserole
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
8 oz. sour cream
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 stick margarine, melted
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
