Quick Barbecued Chicken
6 medium chicken breasts, skinned
salt and pepper
1 cup catsup
2 cups Coca-Cola
Wash chicken and pat dry. Place in 9 x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour catsup and Coca-Cola over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour or until liquid has nearly evaporated. Yield: 6 servings.

Chicken and Beef
6 slices of bacon
6 chicken breast filets
one (4 oz.) jar dried beef
1 cup sour cream
one can cream of chicken soup
Cook bacon partially in skillet. Wash chicken and pat dry. Wrap one slice bacon around each filet; secure with toothpick. Line 9 x 12 inch baking dish with dried beef. Arrange chicken in prepared dish. Pour mixture of sour cream and soup over chicken. Bake, covered with foil, at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Yield: 6 servings.
