Happy birthday to Alan Sharp on July 16, my grandson Billy Napier, Geneva Fowler, Marian McKay, and Mary Napier on July 21, and Austa Weir on July 24.

The Napier Family Reunion will be held on Saturday afternoon, July 25 at the park below Dale Hollow Dam.
A covered dish meal will be served at 6:00 p.m.
All family members and friends are invited. We are hoping for a great turnout.

Hot Chicken Salad
4 to 5 chicken breasts, cooked and coarsely chopped
5 hard boiled eggs, diced coarsely
2 cups celery, diced finely
1/2 cup pecan pieces
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cans mushroom soup
Dash Worcestershire sauce
30 crackers, crushed
Put 2/3 of cracker crumbs in bottom of casserole. Mix all other ingredients, pour on top of crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

Ham and Noodle Casserole
3/4 cup milk
one (8 oz.) pkg. Velvetta cheese, cubed
2 to 2 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
3 cups cooked noodles
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
Combine milk and cheese in a saucepan; place over low heat until cheese melts. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into lightly greased 2-qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
