Banana Pound Cake

1 box yellow cake mix

 

1 small box vanilla pudding

 

4 eggs

 

1/4 cup oil

 

3/4 cup water

 

1 cup mashed bananas

 

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, 3/4 cup water, oil and bananas; mix well, and pour into greased and lightly floured bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour. (Let cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing.)

Impossible Coconut Pie

(makes its own crust)

2 eggs, well beaten

 

1 cup sugar

 

1/4 cup self-rising flour

 

1 cup milk

 

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

1/4 stick margarine, softened

 

1 can or 3 1/2 oz. coconut

 

Mix ingredients well, pour into greased pie pan.

 

Bake at 350 degrees for thirty minutes.
