Chicken Casserole
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small carton sour cream
Ritz crackers
6 chicken breasts
1 stick butter or margarine
Boil 6 boneless chicken breasts until done, cut into small pieces. Line 9 x 12 inch pan with crushed Ritz crackers. Dot with pieces of margarine.
Sprinkle layer of chicken on crackers. Mix soups and sour cream together and spread on top of chicken. Top with more crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until brown and bubbly.

Cabbage Casserole
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 small head cabbage, shredded
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 cup bread crumbs
garlic seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper to taste
Brown hamburger meat in skillet and drain. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
