Upside Down Pizza
2 pounds ground chuck
1 cup chopped onion
one (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
one (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 cups (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese
one (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
Cook beef and onion until meat is browned, stirring until meat crumbles; drain well. Stir in spaghetti sauce, cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, top with sour cream and sprinkle with cheese.
Unroll crescent rolls and place on top of cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Yield: 8 servings

Apple Dumplings
1 pkg. crescent rolls (8)
2 Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored and quartered)
Roll pieces of apple in crescent roll. Place in baking dish.
Melt the following: 1 stick butter, 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup sugar
Pour over apples, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
