LIVINGSTON-Funeral Services for Gladys Hazel Gore Davis of the Hilham Community were conducted Saturday, December 29, 2012 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home with Bro. Sonny Gilpatrick officiating. Burial followed at the Old Union Cemetery in Hilham. Pallbearers were Ricky Sells, Brian taylor, Steve and Mark Greenwood, Ben Danner, and Tim Halcomb.

Mrs. Davis, age 81, passed away December 25, 2012 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. She was born September 16, 1931 in Overton County to the late Monroe and Velma Franklin Gore. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Davis was a member of Aarons Chapel Community Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Fred Davis; sister Lena Halcomb; brothers Lib and Buford Gore.

She is survived by sons Benny (Reta) Davis of Hilham and Danny (Bonnie) Davis of Celina; grandchildren Shannon (Veleka) Davis, Amy (Marvin) Allred, Monica (Rob) Wier; great-grandchildren Maci, Bailey, Deacon, Lincoln, Davalynn, Austa, & Caleb; sisters Helen (Frank) McIlvain, Judy (Tom) Greenwood all of Hilham; brother J. D. (Sue) Gore of Springboro, OH; and a host of nieces, nephews, & friends.
