Gloria Dixon Graves

CELINA-Funeral Services for Gloria Graves, 80 of Celina were held Sunday, February 6, 2011 at Upton Funeral Home with Charles Smith officiating. Burial was in Williams Cemetery.  

Gloria Graves passed away Friday, February 4, 2011 at the Cumberland River Hospital in Celina. 

Gloria Dixon Graves was born October 7, 1930 in Celina, Tennessee to the late Wolford and Emery Ellen (Scott) Gray.  

Gloria was a retired book binder for Time Warner Life. She was a member of Riverside Church of Christ.

She is survived by special niece, Linda Rich & husband, Ted of Celina, Tennessee; several nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law, Hazel Jones and Alene Gray  

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by husband, Jackie Gene Graves; brothers, Biddle, J.W., Monday, Willie Paul, James Calib Gray; sisters, Bessie Scott, Oleta Johnson, Mable Sharp, Avo Poindexter, Nell Davis, Louise Collins, Ova Gray, Ruth Anderson and Edith Anderson.   

Serving as pallbearers were Greg Davis, Jeff Poindexter, Roger Gray, Craig Collins, Daryl Collins and Matthew Rich   

Upton Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
