Local students headed to DC courtesy of Twin Lakes Dale Hollow Horizon Posted on June 5, 2024 by Lauren WeaverJune 5, 2024 HEADING TO DC-Clay County High School junior Cooper Bailey is heading to Washington, DC this summer courtesy of Twin Lakes and the Foundation for Rural Service (FRS). Bailey was selected, along with Livingston Academy’s Elyza Strong, to participate in the FRS Youth Tour. “We wish them an exciting and memorable trip,” Twin Lakes officials said.
