Ila Dillia Georgia Myrel Murley, 89

CELINA-Funeral Services for Ms. Ila Murley of Celina were held Saturday, March 03, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Upton Funeral Home. Interment followed in the New Hope Cemetery in Jackson County. Serving as pallbearers were Steven Murley, Ray Buck, Steve Murley, Wayne Murley, Rick Murley and Eddie Murley.
Ms. Ila Murley, age 92, passed away Thursday, March 01, 2012 at the Cumberland River Hospital.
Ila Dellia Georgia Myrel Dillion was born October 22, 1919 in Jackson County, Tennessee to the late William Clure and Lizzie Florence (Stafford) Dillion. Ila married Thomas William Murley on February 22, 1936 in Jackson County. He preceded her in death on March 31, 1994.
She was s homemaker and was a member of the Shankey Branch First Church of God.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by sons, Bobby Gene & Thomas Elton Murley; daughter, Alta Evelyn Murley Brothers,  John Luther Boles & Clide Dillion, and sisters, Joe Nell Stacey, Ruthie Boles, Nannie Boles, and Della V. Boles.

Ila is survived by her sons, Ricky and Billy Wayne Murley of Indiana, Steve Ray and Eddie Gail Murley of Celina, TN. Daughters, Geraldine Rhoton of Hilham, Jo Ann Sue Hawkins, of Celina, and Shirley Ruth Wilson of Rickman; Sisters, Agnes Boles of Celina, and Julie Poston of Gainesboro, TN; 18 Grandchildren, 33 Great Grandchildren, & 7 great-great-grandchildren.
