Mr. Sparks was born on May 03, 1948 to the late James Carl and Pauline Sparks in Detroit, Michigan.

He worked as a Electronics Tech.

He is survived by his wife Megan Lesher of Celina; son James (Melissa) Sparks of Denver, Colorado; grandchild Kailynn Sparks; aunt Eva Rich and numerous cousins.

Hall Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
