James Lee Capps, 67

CELINA-Memorial Service for James Lee Capps, 67 of Celina will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 18, 2011 at Upton Funeral Home with James Hamilton and Willie Kerr officiating.

James Lee Capps passed away Sunday, March 13, 2011 at the Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, Tennessee.

James Lee Capps was born July 26, 1943 to the late Carson and Ethel (Brown) Capps.

James was employed with City of Celina in the sanitation Department and was affiliated with the Church of Christ.

He is survived by wife, Wilma Jean (Barlow) Capps of Celina; daughters, Teresa Boils and husband Tim of Albany, Kentucky and Sandy Capps of Albany, Kentucky; step-daughter, Tammie Norris of Celina; brother, Willard Capps of Burkesville, Kentucky; sister, Callie Short of Burkesville, Kentucky; grandchildren, Luke, Felisha and Christopher Boils & Shayne Capps; step-granddaughter, Rayne Norris; great grandson, Jameson Wallen
