Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of January, 201 1, Letters Testamentary in respect of the estate of Ruth King, who died on December 28’20 10, were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Clay County, Tennessee. All persons resident and non-residents having claims matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the above court at the Clay County Courthouse, 100 Courthouse Square, P.O. Box 332, Celina, Tennessee, within the earlier of four (4) months of this

notice or (12) months from the decedent’s death, otherwise their claims will be forever barred.

The Clay County E911 Board will be assigning a road name to the following location: Hwy 53 North( Burkesville Hwy), right on Holly Creek Rd, right on Red Oak Ridge Rd, left on unnamed road.

Any interested resident and/or property owner will need to submit a request, at the E911 Board Meeting, January 17, 2011 at 6:30 pm at the Clay County Board of Education ( Board Room).
