MOSS-Memorial Services for Mr. John Arthur Moore, 62 of Moss were held Saturday, February 18, 2012 at the Pine Hill Church of Christ with Dale Strong officiating. Interment followed in the Denton-Eads Cemetery. 
John Arthur Moore, age 62, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2012 at his residence in the Pine Hill Community of Moss.
He was born August 15, 1949 in Long Beach, California to the late Cancil and Joyce (Sersen) Moore. He spent six years of his life in the United States Marine Corp being honorably discharged in 1972. He was retired from construction work and had a great love for outdoors. His quiet time brought peace in his life and his new found friends.
John is survived by his son, Daniel Moore of Clinton, Oklahoma; Hallie James and husband, Patrick of Hesperia, California; brothers, David Moore of Pompano Beach, Florida and Michael Moore of Moss, Tennessee
