CELINA-Funeral services for Mr. John Christopher Poindexter, 28, of Celina, TN were held October 20 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Ashlock Cemetery.

Mr. John Christopher Poindexter passed away at the Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN. on October 16, 2010.

Mr. Poindexter was born in Overton Co., Tennessee on July 22, 1982 to Johnny and Patsy (Rich) Poindexter.

He was in the National Guard and was affiliated with the Church of Christ.

He is survived by fiancé Jacklyn White, daughter Anniyah Poindexter; parents Johnny Poindexter and Patsy Poindexter; brother Matthew Poindexter; sisters Chelsea Poindexter and Raven Brown; grandmother Lovie Thompson; aunts and uncles Judy Atchely, Danny Rich, Suzanna Spears, Debbie Grogan, Antia Spears.
