Ms. Butterworth was born on May 02, 1991 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

She is survived by parents Matthew & Karen Butterworth of Celina; brothers Kevin Butterworth of Mooresville, Indiana, Kenneth Butterworth of Celina, Michael Butterworth of Celina; sisters Kara Butterworth of Avon, IN, Karha Butterworth of Celina, Malina Butterworth of Celina.

She was preceded in death by Raheem Butterworth.
