The Clay County Public Library will hold a beginners computer class on Friday, March 13. This class is free, and will cover the basics of computer use. Beginning at 9:00 and going until 11:00, six computers at the library will be unavailable for general use.
There are several new books in the library this week. New titles include “That Printer of Udell’s” by Harold Bell Wright, “Escape From Hell” by Larry Nevin, “Until We Reach Home” by Lynn Austin, “The Vampire Shrink” by Lynda Hilburn, “Leaper” by Geoffery Wood, “Glynette’s Corporal” by Gena Cline, “The Marshal’s Destiny” by C.H. Admirand, and “Boyd Matheson” by James Clay. New nonfiction titles include “Organic Gardening Down South” by Nellie Neal, “Hosts With Ghosts: Historic Haunted Hotels in the Southeast” by Kathleen Walls, “Macular Degeneration” by Michael A. Samuel, “Making and Installing Homemade Tiles” by Angelica Pozo, “Taylor’s 50 Best Herbs and Edible Flowers”, “Leathernecks” by Merrill Bartlett, “The Encyclopedia of True Crime” by Charlotte Greig, and “His Needs, Her Needs For Parents” by Willard F. Harley, Jr. New to the library on DVD are “The Penguins of Madagascar”, “Heights”, “The Jackal”, “Way of War”, and “The Librarian: Curse of the Judas Chalice”. Come in and check us out!
