Brenda Chambers, 72
CELINA-Funeral services for Brenda Chambers of Celina were conducted at 11 am on Friday, June 14, 2024, in the chapel of Clay County Funeral Home with Dr. Kenneth Beaty officiating. Burial followed in Keen Cemetery. Visitation was on Thursday, June 13, 2024, 4-9 pm and Friday 8 am to 11 am at Clay County Funeral Home. The Family is requesting memorial donations be made to help towards Brenda’s final expenses by contacting Clay County Funeral Home.
Brenda Chambers was born on July 3, 1951, in Dayton, Ohio and she passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at Livingston Regional Hospital at the age of 72.
Brenda was the daughter of Wesley and Ora Smith.
Survivors include her sons, Bruce (Jennifer) Phillips, Micheal Phillips; brother: Benny Smith; grandchildren: Brooke Poston, Tyler Phillips, Austin Phillips, Karlie Phillips; 4 great grandchildren: Emery Poston, Kennlee Phillips, Dallas Phillips, Avery Poston. Other relatives and friends also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Bob Chambers; brothers Bill and Bobby Smith.

Anna Faye Scott, 80
CELINA-Funeral services for Anna Faye Scott of Celina were held on Sunday, June 16 at 2 pm in the chapel of Clay County Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Ray Williams Cemetery. Bro. Bobby Bartlett officiated. Visitation was Friday June 14, 2024, from 3 pm to 9 pm, Saturday June 15, 2024, from 10 am to 9 pm and on Sunday, June 16, 2024, from 9 am to time of services.
Anna Faye Scott was born on November 17, 1943 in Burkesville, Kentucky, and she passed away on Thursday June 13, 2024 surrounded by her family at the age of 80.
Anna was the daughter of Ralph and Pauline Roach. She was a member of Free Hills Church of Christ.
She is survived by her son: Donnie Scott; Sisters: Rickie Toms, Shelvie Long, Shirley Gipson; Grandchildren: Micheal Scott, Melissa Scott, Charlotte (Doyle) Thompson, Donna Jo Scott, Tiffany (Andy) Montgomery, Jesse York, Josh Scott, Christi (Aaron) White, Dewayne (Tara) Scott, Jeremy Austin, Craig (Tara) Copess, Dana Allen (Allison) Spears; Great Grandchildren: Natasha, Dawson, Bethany, Brooklyn, Hailey, Adyson, Violet, Harper, Katarina, Brody, Letti, Brittany, Allen, Adam, Chase, Ivy, Bailea, Asha, Adrienne; and three Great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; significant other Carl Boone; sons: Robert, Lonnie, “Runt” John Harley.

Dean Green, 79
CELINA-Funeral services for Dean Green were held on Monday, June 17 at 2 pm at Clay County Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Moss Cemetery. Ronnie Raines and Mark Ashlock officiated. Visitation was Sunday June 16, 2024, from 4 pm to 9 pm, and on Monday, June 17, 2024, from 9 am to time of services.
Dean Green was born on June 29, 1944, in the Pea Ridge Community in Clay County, TN, and she passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at Celina Health and Rehab in Celina, TN, at the age of 79.
Dean was the daughter of Hovie Odeal Raines and Cora Ethel Grogan Raines. She married Donald Green. Dean was employed at OshKosh B’Gosh Clothing for thirty years. During the illness of her husband, Donald, she was his caregiver until he passed away. Dean was a member of Celina First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughters: Wendy (Dewayne) Key of Celina, TN, and Rita Denton of Columbus, IN; brothers: Walter (Glenda) Raines of Celina, TN; sisters: Faye Daniels and Betty Adams both of Celina, TN; grandchildren: Joshua (Brianna) Lacy of Livingston, TN, Cora Key of Celina, TN, Jacob Walker of Celina, TN, and Kimberly Key of Celina, TN; and great granddaughter: Ava Lacy of Livingston, TN. Numerous other relatives and friends survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Hovie Odeal Raines and Cora Ethel Raines; husband: Donald Green; and daughter: Deloris Green.
