FATHER & SON GET IT DONE-Mayor Dale Reagan and his son Scotty (pictured at right and below, left), with the help of Tri-County Electric and others, installed a new message board at the Clay County Fairgrounds and Recreational Park last week.  The board was made possible by a ThreeStar Grant administered by the Clay County Chamber of Commerce, and will be used to promote events at the fairgrounds.  According to the Chamber, the original plan was to locate the board at the intersection of Arcot Road and Highway 52, but TDOT regulations did not allow for an electronic sign to be located on their right-of-way.  Therefore the location was changed to an elevated pole to allow passersby to view the sign.
